iṃ yaḥ paṭhate 'dhyāyaṃ viṣṇupūjāprakāśakam /
sa vidhūyeha pāpāni yāti viṣṇoḥ paraṃ padam //
Whoever recites this chapter explaining the worship of Viṣṇu, / having shaken off their sins in this world, attains the supreme state of Viṣṇu.

iti śrīgāruḍe mahāpurāṇe pūrvakhaṇḍe prathamāṃśākhye ācārakāṇḍe śrīdharā (viṣṇvar) canavidhirnāma triṃśo 'dhyāyaḥ
Thus ends the thirtieth chapter, entitled "The Rite of Worshipping Śrīdhara (Viṣṇu)," in the section on conduct, the first part of the first section of the glorious Garuḍa Mahāpurāṇa.
