tatastaṃ pūjayeddevaṃ maṇḍale svastikādike /
āsanaṃ pūjayedādau devadevasya śārṅgiṇaḥ /
ebirmantrairmahādeva tānmatrāñchṛṇu śaṅkara //

Then one should worship that god on a mandala of the svastika or other [designs]; / first one should worship the seat of the god of gods, the bow-bearer Śārṅgin, / with these mantras, O Mahādeva; hear those mantras, O Śaṅkara:
