tnānakāle smaredviṣṇamāpo nārāyaṇo yataḥ /
prekṣya oṅkāramādityaṃ trirnimajjejjalāśaye //
at the time of bathing one should remember Viṣṇu, because water is Nārāyaṇa. / Looking upon the sun with the syllable Oṃ, one should immerse oneself three times in the body of water.
