maṇḍalākṣāśca pāpāḥ syurniḥ svāḥ syurdenalocanāḥ //
Of those with black-pupiled eyes, the gouging out of the eyes is said to happen.
Those with circular eyes are wicked; those with wretched eyes are destitute.
