sāpatnyahīnāṃ sa mahīṃ samagrāṃ bhunakti tattiṣṭhati yāvadeva /
na kevalaṃ tacchubhakṛnnṛpasya bhāgyaiḥ prajānāmapi tasya janma //
enjoys the whole earth without a rival as long as it remains. / Not only does it bring good fortune to the king; its birth also occurs through the good fortune of the subjects.
