hṛnmadhye tu nyasedviṣṇuṃ kaṇṭhe saṅkarṣaṇaṃ tathā /
pradyumnaṃ śirasi nyasya śikhāyāmaniruddhakam //

One should place Viṣṇu in the middle of the heart, and Saṅkarṣaṇa in the throat; / having placed Pradyumna on the head, [one should place] Aniruddha on the crest,
