1.81.31
śrutvābravīddharerbrahmā vyāsaṃ dakṣādisaṃyutam /
etānyuktvā ca tīrthāni puna stīrthottamottamam /
gayākhyaṃ prāha sarveṣāmakṣayaṃ brahmalokadam //
Having heard [this] from Hari, Brahmā spoke to Vyāsa, who was with Dakṣa and others. / Having stated these tīrthas, he then declared the supreme among excellent tīrthas, / named Gayā, which is imperishable for all and bestows the realm of Brahman.

iti śrīgāruḍe mahāpurāṇe pūrvakhaṇḍe prathamāṃśākhye ācārakāṇḍe sarvatīrtha māhātmyaṃ nāmaikāśītitamo 'dhyāyaḥ
Thus ends the eighty-first chapter, named "The Greatness of All Tīrthas," in the Code of Conduct, the first part of the first section of the glorious Garuḍa Purāṇa.
