2.10.83

piṇḍajo yadi naiva syādvāyujor'hati yātanām /
dehino 'sminyathā dehe kaumāraṃ yauvanaṃ jarā /
tathā dehāntaraprāptiḥ pakṣīndretyavadhāraya //

If the body born from the piṇḍas does not exist, the airy one suffers torment. / Just as boyhood, youth, and old age occur to the embodied self in this body, / so is the attainment of another body; understand this, O King of Birds.
