2.15.10

atha liṅge tathā caikā tvekāṃ brahmāṇḍakekṣipet /
karayugme ca kaṇṭhe ca tulasīṃ ca pradāpayet //

Then one should place one on the genitals and one upon the crown of the head;
and one should offer tulasī upon both hands and on the throat.
