śubhāśubhaṃ tu yatkarma te vicārya punaḥ punaḥ /
śravaṇā brahmaṇaḥ putrā manuṣyāṇāṃ ca ceṣṭitam /
kathayanti tadā loke pūjitāḥ pūjitāḥ svayam //
Constantly deliberating on whatever action is good or evil, / the Śravaṇas, the sons of Brahmā, having been honoured, themselves report / to the world the conduct of human beings.
