pādādūrdhvaṃ kaṭiṃ yāvat tāvadbrahyādhitiṣṭhati /
grīvāṃ yāvaddharirnābheḥ śarīre manujasya ca //

from the feet up to the waist, so far Brahmā presides; / Hari [presides] from the navel up to the neck in the human body;
