suvarṇabhāraniṣpannaṃ nāgaṃ kṛtvā tathaiva gām /
viprāya dattvā vidhivatpiturānṛṇyamāpnuyāt //
Having made a serpent of a bhāra weight of gold, and likewise a cow,
Giving them to a brāhmaṇa according to rule, one obtains release from the debt to the father.
