2.45.22

dātrā boktrā ca na jñātaṃ sūtakaṃ mṛtakaṃ tathā /
ubhayorapi taddoṣaṃ nāropayati karhicit //

If neither the giver nor the eater knew of the impurity of birth or death,
it does not bring fault upon either of them at any time.
