ekoddiṣṭe tu samprāpte yadi vighnaḥ prajāyate /
māsenyasmin tithau tasyāṃ kuryācchrāddhaṃ tadaiva hi //
If an obstacle arises when the time for an ekoddiṣṭa has arrived,
one should perform the śrāddha only on that same lunar day in the next month.
