sukṛtasya prabhāveṇa sukhañceha paratra ca /
svasthe sahasraguṇitamāture śatasaṃmitam //

By the power of good deeds, there is happiness both here and in the hereafter. / [A gift given] when healthy is multiplied a thousandfold; when afflicted, equal to a hundredfold;
