abhyasya vedaśāstrāṇi tattvaṃ jñātvātha budbhimān /
palālamiva dhānyārthī sarvaśāstrāṇi santyajet //
Having studied the Vedas and śāstras and then realizing the truth, a wise person
should completely cast aside all scriptures, like one seeking grain [casts aside] the chaff.
