2.6.104

avidyākarmajanitaṃ dṛśyamānaṃ carā caram /
jñātvācāravaśī yogī tataḥ siddhimavāpsyasi //

Knowing that whatever moving and unmoving thing is seen is produced by ignorance and action, / [and being] a yogi whose conduct is mastered, you will thereupon attain perfection.”
