śrīkṛṣṇa uvāca /
śrutvā vākyaṃ vasiṣṭhasya rājā madhupurīṃ gataḥ /
cakāra vidhivat sarvaṃ vṛṣotsargamahaṃ khaga //
Śrī Kṛṣṇa said:
Having heard the words of Vasiṣṭha, the king went to the city of Madhu [and] / performed the entire rite of the release of a bull according to rule, O bird.
