na kāryasteṣu viśrambha svakṛtaṃ bhujyateyataḥ /
gṛheṣvarthā nivarnttante śmaśāne caiva bāndhavāḥ //

No trust should be placed in them, since one experiences what is done by oneself. / Wealth turns back at the house, and kinsmen at the cremation ground;
