teṣāṃ duḥ khamiha loke paratra bhaviṣyate nātra vicāryamasti /
prāyaścittaṃ svasti viprāḥ kathañcittatkurvantu smaraṇaṃ nāma viṣṇoḥ //
theirs will be suffering in this world and in the next world; there is no doubt in this matter. / The expiation is for welfare, O vipras; let them somehow perform that remembrance of the name of Viṣṇu.
