vākyarūpā bhāratī tu dvitīyāṅgaṃ hi sā smṛtā /
tṛtīyāṅga hareḥ śeṣo na namyāḥ sāmyato hareḥ //
Bhāratī, having the nature of speech, is remembered as his second limb;
Śeṣa is the third limb of Hari; they are not to be bowed to as equals of Hari.
