dhṛtirūpaṃ yayau vāyustasmāddhṛtiriti smṛtaḥ /
yogyānāṃ haribhaktānāṃ dhṛtirūpeṇa saṃsthitaḥ //

Vāyu assumed the form of Dhṛti ('steadfastness'); therefore he is called Dhṛti. / He abides in the form of steadfastness within eligible devotees of Hari.
