cittarūpo yato vāyurataścittamiti smṛtaḥ /
prabhuḥ prabhūṇāṃ garuḍa sodarāṇāṃ ca sarvaśaḥ //

because Vāyu is in the form of mind, he is called Citta ('mind'). / He is the master of masters, O Garuḍa, and of his brothers in every respect;
