3.16.58

tadduḥ khamuttareṣāṃ ca kaliparyantameva ca /
bhunakti sarvadā vīndra tataḥ kaliriti smṛtaḥ //

and that suffering of the subsequent ones extends right up to Kali. / He always experiences it, O lord of birds; therefore he is known as Kali.
