uttamena ca saṃgena daivenāpyarthado bhavet /
devānāmuttamo vāyustadarthaṃ saṃgamācaret //

Through association with the highest, even by fate, what is beneficial comes to pass. / Vāyu is the highest among the gods; therefore, one should form an association [with him].”
