dāsye cāhaṃ satsu putrīṃ dhanaṃ vā dāsye cāhaṃ dhanikeṣveva nityam /
adṛṣṭaśūnyān bhagavānvāsudevo dṛṣṭvādṛṣṭvā hasate sarvadaiva //
and I shall give my daughter or wealth among the virtuous, and I shall always give among the wealthy.' / Seeing repeatedly those who are devoid of foresight, the Blessed Lord Vāsudeva laughs at all times.
