spaṣṭasvarūpeṇa yathā viduḥ surā muktvā brahmāṇaṃ na tathā tepyamuktāḥ /
svātmānamanyacca sadā viśeṣaryuktaṃ vijānāti vidhiśca mārutaḥ //
Just as the gods know in clear form, except for Brahmā, they, even liberated, do not [know him] thus; / Vidhi and Māruta always know oneself and the other endowed with particularities.
