3.2.3

evameva kṛtaḥ praśro harau tu garuḍena vai /
yaduktavānharistasmaitadvakṣyāmi tavānagha /
garuḍa uvāca /
sṛṣṭiṃ vrūhi mahābhāga saccidānandavigraha //

Just so was a question asked of Hari by Garuḍa;
what Hari said to him, that I will declare to you, O sinless one.
Garuḍa said:
Speak of the creation, O blessed one, whose form is being, consciousness, and bliss!
