3.2.57

eteṣāṃ ca hariḥ svāmī vede sarvatra gīyate /
evaṃ jānaṃstu yo vedānsaṃpaṭhetsa dvijottamaḥ //

And Hari is the master of these [gods]"—this is sung everywhere in the Veda; / the one who recites the Vedas knowing thus is the best of the twice-born.
