jñānābhimānī vedamānī ubhau tu parasparaṃ hyūcatuḥ sarvadaiva /
jalaṃ vedo yatra vāso murārerācāryāṇāṃ saṃgadoṣāddvijānām //
One proud of knowledge and one proud of the Vedas—both constantly say to each other: / the Veda is the water where Murāri dwells, due to the fault of associating with teachers of the twice-born.
