sṛṣṭvā brahmāṇaṃ prerayetpūjyasṛṣṭau sṛṣṭvā rudraṃ prerayetsaṃhṛtau ca /
prāptavyayogyānbrahmaśeṣādidevāndṛṣṭvādṛṣṭvā dehi mokṣaṃ ca samyak //
Having created Brahmā, you impel him to the venerable creation; having created Rudra, you impel him to destruction; / having examined and recognized the gods beginning with Brahmā and Śeṣa who are fit to attain [it], grant them complete liberation!"
