khagendra tasmāllakṣaṇe sāmyacittaṃ viśvādīnāṃ sarvadā mā kuruṣva /
aṣṭāviṃśatiṃ prāhū rudrādikānāṃ bhrūnetrayorlakṣaṇenaiva hīnāḥ //
Therefore, O King of Birds, do not ever keep a mind that views the marks of Viśva and the others as equal. / They declare twenty-eight [marks] for Rudra and the others, who are lacking in the marks of the eyebrows and eyes.
