durlakṣaṇaiḥ sadā vīndra saṃśrutaistattvavidbhavet /
mahodaro laṃbanābhirīṣāmātrogradaṃṣṭrakaḥ //

By hearing about inauspicious marks, O king of birds, one becomes a knower of truth: / he has a great belly, a hanging navel, and fierce tusks the size of poles;
