pādatrāṇopamo matsyo rasanāgre prakīrtitaḥ /
śiśrākāraśca yo matsyo gude tasya praśasyate //

a fish resembling a shoe is proclaimed on the tip of his tongue; / and a fish shaped like a penis is noticed on his anus;
