tasyopariṣṭādabhimāninīṃ bhuvo bhūdevatāṃ praṇameccaiva subhrūḥ /
tasyopariṣṭādvaruṇaṃ saṃsmarecca kṣīrodadheradhipaṃ caiva devam //

above that, O fair-browed one, one should bow to the earth-deity who presides over the earth; / above that, one should remember Varuṇa, the god who is the lord of the Ocean of Milk;
