dvitīyenaiva rūpeṇa gaṅgā bhāryā ca śantanoḥ /
suṣeṇā vai suṣeṇasya bhāryā sā vānarī smṛtā //

by her second form, Gaṅgā was the wife of Śantanu; / as Suṣeṇā, she is recorded as the monkey wife of Suṣeṇa;
