buddhyāharadvai rāṣṭrajātaṃ ca sarvaṃ dhṛtaṃ tvato budhasaṃjñāmavāpa /
evaṃ cābhūdabhimanyurmahātmā subhadrāyā jaṭhare hyarjunācca //
By his intellect he understood everything born of the realm and sustained it; therefore he attained the name Budha. / And thus arose the great-souled Abhimanyu from Arjuna in the womb of Subhadrā.
