ebhiḥ stavaiśca māṃ nityaṃ stoṣyate yaḥ samāhitaḥ
tasyāhaṃ sakalāṃ bādhāṃ śamayiṣyāmyasaṃśayam
Formerly, by the two asuras Śumbha and Niśumbha, relying on pride and strength, / the three worlds and sacrificial portions were seized from Śacī's lord.
