grāmāśca gurave bhaktyā vipreṣu dvādaśaiva tu.
vastrālaṅkārasaṃyuktā gāvaśca karakānvitāḥ.. 100.27 ..

“In that way, you kept up all the night with that courtezan and, on the following morning, she gave the mount of salt and the bedding as well as villages to her preceptor and to a dozen Brâhmaṇas, garments, ornaments, kamaṇḍalu and cows.—26-27.
