ā prayāgapratiṣṭhānād āpurādvāsukerhradāt
kambalāśvatarau nāgau nāgaśca bahumūlakaḥ
etatprajāpateḥ kṣetraṃ triṣu lokeṣu viśrutam //
From the site of the sacred Prayâga, in the town of Pratiṣṭhâna up to the deep pool of Vâsuki, the Kambala, Aśvatara and Bahu Mûlaka, consecrated to the Nâgas, form the Prajâpati-kṣetra, which is renowned in the three worlds.—4.
