Matsyapurana 13.24

13.24

*devyuvāca
sarvadā sarvabhūteṣu draṣṭavyā sarvato bhuvi
sarvalokeṣu yatkiṃcid rahitaṃ na mayā vinā //

Satî replied that she was to be found at every time, in every region, in every being. There was nothing in the universe in which she was not to be found. She was ominpresent. Even then she would name the particular places where penances should be practised to obtain his desires early.—24-25.
