15.17

tīrthaśrāddhapradā yānti ye ca kṣatriyasattamāḥ
rājñāṃ tu pitaraste vai svargamokṣaphalapradāḥ //

"In the Solar world, there are regions called Marîchigarbhas, where Haviṣmâna Pitṛis, the sons of Aṅgirâ, reside. Kṣatriyas performing Śrâddha in a holy place go to the same region, and that is why Haviṣmâna Pitṛis are worshipped by Kṣatriyas. Yaśodâ was the mânasa daughter of Haviṣmâna Pitṛis. She was married to King Aṁśumâna and was the daughter-in-law of Pañchajanâ, mother of Dilîpa, and grandmother of Bhagîratha.—16-19.
