*devā ūcuḥ
nārāyaṇa mahābhāga devāstvāṃ śaraṇaṃ gatāḥ
trāyasva jahi daityendraṃ hiraṇyakaśipuṃ prabho //
They said "Nârâyaṇa! Mahâbhâga! We have come to seek Thy shelter Lord! do kill the demon Hiraṇyakaśyapu and save us Thou art Our Protector, Guru, Thou art the adorable of the Devas like Brahmâ, etc"—30-31
