digbhiś caiva vidigbhiś ca nadībhiḥ sāgaraistathā
nakṣatraiśca muhūrtaiśca khecaraiśca mahāgrahaiḥ //
Riding on His white swan illustrious like the sun and followed by twelve Âdityas, Vasus, Sâdhyas, Siddhas, Maruts, Rudras, Yakṣas, Râkṣasas, Demons, Serpents, Directions, Vidiśas, Rivers, Oceans, Stars, Muhûrtas, Planets, Devas, seven Ṛiṣis, Brahmarṣis, Râjarṣis, Gandharvas, Nymphs, Brahmâ, the Lord of the universe, went there and addressed the demon:—5-9
