śoṇitaṃ varṣate yatra tatra śastrabhayambhavet.
aṅgārapāṃsu varṣeṣu nagarantadvinaśyati .. 233.3 ..

Where there is a downpour of blood, there is always fear from weapons and war, and the city where there is a rain of dust and cinders perishes.—3.
