pitṛkanyā sunīthā tu venamaṅgādajījanat
venamanyāyinaṃ viprā mamanthus tatkarād abhūt
pṛthurnāma mahātejāḥ sa putrau dvāv ajījanat //

“Aṃgirâ became the father of Vêna, from Sunîthâ, the daughter of Pitṛi. The sages rubbed Vêna to death owing to his they were rubbing him, King Pṛithu appeared from his hand. The great King Pṛithu was the father of Antardhâna and Havirdhâna."—44.
