ātiṣṭheta munir maunaṃ sa loke siddhimāpnuyāt //
The seer (muni) who, after forsaking all, curbs his passions and observes the vow of silence, accomplishes his object in the world.—14. A seer (muni), howsoever shabby he may be, ought to be adored by even such a man, who keeps his teeth clean, pure, white, always trims his finger nails, bathes every day, wears ornaments on his body, and leads a chaste life.—15.
