atrānuvaṃśaśloko 'yaṃ gīto vipraiḥ purātanaiḥ
brahmakṣatrasya yo yonir vaṃśo devarṣisatkṛtaḥ
kṣemakaṃ prāpya rājānaṃ saṃsthāsyati kalau yuge //
ancient prophets:—"The source of Brahma-Kṣatra stock the family honored by Devarṣis, will come to conclusion in the Kali age, when it reaches King Kṣemaka."—87-88.
