55.15

pūrvāsu gobrāhmaṇavandanāya netrāṇi saṃpūjyatamāni śambhoḥ
athottarāphalgunibhe bhruvau ca viśveśvarāyeti ca pūjanīye //

With (1) सूर्य्याय नमः Sûryâya namaḥ, let him adore the feet of the image, along with Hastâ asterism; With (2) अर्काय नमः Arkâya namaḥ, the ankles, with Chitrâ asterism; With (3) पुरुषोत्तमाय नमः Puruṣottamâya namaḥ, the shanks, along with Svâtî asterism; With (4) धात्रे नमः Dhâtre namaḥ, the region of the knees, along with Viśâkhâ asterism; With (5) सहस्रभानवे नमः Sahasra Bhânave namaḥ, the two thighs should be worshipped along with Anurâdhâ asterism; With (6) अनङ्गाय नमः Anaṅgâya namaḥ, the generative organ, along with Jyeṣṭhâ asterism; With (7) इन्द्राय सोमाय नमः Indrâya Somâya namaḥ, the waist, along with Mûlâ asterism; With (8) त्वष्ट्रे सप्ततुरंगमाय नमः Tvaṣṭre Saptaturaṅgamâya namaḥ, the navel, along with Pûrvâ and Uttara Âṣâḍhâ asterism; With (9) तीक्ष्णांशवे नमः Tîkṣṇâṁśave namaḥ, the arm-pits, along with Śravaṇâ asterism; With (10) विकर्तनाय नमः Vikartanâya namaḥ, on the back, with the asterism Dhaniṣṭhâ; With (11) ध्वान्तविनाशनाय नमः Dhvântavinâśanâya namaḥ, in the eyes, with the Śatabhiṣâ asterism; With (12) चण्डकराय नमः Chaṇḍakrâya namaḥ, on the arms, along with Pûrva and Uttarabhâdrapada asterisms; With (13) साम्नामधीशाय नमः Sâmnâmadhîśâya namaḥ, the two hands, along with Revatî asterism; With (14) सप्ताश्मधुरंधराय नमः Saptvâśvadhurandharâya namaḥ, the nails, along with Aśvinî asterism; With (15) कठोरधाम्ने नमः Kaṭhoradhâmne namaḥ, on the throat, along with Bharaṇi asterism; With (16) दिवाकराय नमः Divâkarâya namaḥ, on the neck, with the Kṛittikâ asterism; With (17) अम्बुजेशाय नमः Ambujeśâya namaḥ, on the lips, with the Rohiṇî asterism; With (18) हरये नमः Haraye namaḥ, on the teeth, with Mṛigaśirâ asterism; With (19) सवित्रे नमः Savitre namaḥ, the tongue, along with Ârdrâ asterism; With (20) शंकराय नमः Śaṁkarâya namaḥ, in the nose, along with Punarvasu asterism; With (21) अम्भोरुवल्लभाय नमः Ambhoruvallabhâya namaḥ, on the forehead, along with Puṣyâ asterism; With (22) वेदशरीरधारिणे नमः Vedaśarîradhâriṇe namaḥ, on the crown of the head, along with the asterism Aśleṣâ; With (23) विबुधप्रियाय नमः Vibudhapriyâya namaḥ, the ears, along with Maghâ asterism; With (24) गोब्राह्मणवन्दनाय नमः Gobrâhmaṇavandanâya namaḥ, the eyes, along with Pûrvaphâlguni asterism; With (25) विश्वेश्वराय नमः Viśveśvarâya namaḥ, the eye-brows, along with the Uttara-phâlguni asterism.—6-15.
