ityādi cāstrāṇi ca pūjya nityaṃ viśveśvarāyeti śivo 'bhipūjyaḥ
bhoktavyamatraivamatailaśākam amāṃsamakṣāramabhuktaśeṣam //
The worshipper should also worship the different weapons (mentioned above), and should salute the Lord by bowing down his head, with the mantra Viśveśvarâya namaḥ, and every day abstain from oil, flesh, green vegetables and salt, and eat moderately.—17.
